About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Expert in designing, building, debugging, and maintaining Android-based applications 2. Designing, building, and maintaining the Android applications, along with providing regular feedback to your product managers regarding product development. 3. Being up-to-date regarding the latest tools and technologies to improve the user experience and app design. Required Skillset: 1. Strong knowledge of any programming language, including Java, Python, and/or Kotlin, in both, front-end and back-end development 2. Should have experience in using Android Studio and Android SDK along with Android emulators, Firebase, XML 3. Should have a good understanding of restful APIs to connect with Android applications 4. Should have a solid understanding of the complete Android development life cycle 5. Should be proficient in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, MariaDB, and SQLite (as per the company's requirements) 6. Good knowledge of web technologies and UI/UX designs 7. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability 8. Able to integrate and leverage existing tools and applications. 9. Most importantly understanding Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines along with Google Play services is a must Good to have skills: 1. Azure or any cloud experience 2.
