About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Order Processing: Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch. 2. Returns and Exchanges: Help manage return and exchange requests, coordinating with the warehouse and customers to facilitate smooth transactions. 3. Order Tracking: Track orders and provide status updates to customers, addressing any shipping or delivery issues. 4. Inquiries Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing information about products, orders, and store policies. 5. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services, and report any recurring issues to the relevant teams. 7. Content Monitoring: Track and report on social media activity related to the store, including mentions, reviews, and engagement metrics. 8. Performance Analysis: Assist in analyzing social media performance and trends to provide insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness. 9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and observations, to support marketing strategies.
