Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Founder's Office Intern, located in Kochi. The intern will assist the founders with strategic planning, market research, data analysis, and administrative support. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, coordinating projects, managing communications, and supporting various organizational initiatives. Qualifications • Strong analytical and research skills • Experience with data analysis and market research • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus • Pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field This is a paid internship with perks that will lead to a full time role at Xplor.
