About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Fix hardware and software issues, troubleshoot problems, work in a customer support role at a service desk, and maintain networks and computer systems 2. Provide technical assistance and end-user support to the organization as well as clients when the need arises 3. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations 4.
