About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in planning and conducting food safety and quality audits across Mumbai. 2. Review and analyze food safety documentation, including safety protocols and production records. 3. Support senior auditors in identifying potential risks and compliance-related issues. 4. Help collect and organize audit data, including checklists, inspection results, and corrective action reports. 5. Observe and participate in facility inspections to assess cleanliness, storage practices, and overall adherence to food safety standards. 6. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that corrective actions are followed up on and documented. Skills: 1. Familiar with food safety standards like HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO 22000. 2. Proficient with Excel skills. 3. Ability to spot discrepancies, identify potential food safety risks, and ensure food safety procedures. 4. Ability to identify potential food safety risks, investigate root causes, recommend improvement solutions, and analyze records. 5. Willing to travel across Mumbai and New Mumbai areas. 6. Willing to work with pork & chicken products. Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in food technology, food science, food nutrition, or a relevant degree.
