About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recipe Research & Development 2. Working with In-house chefs to understand and tweak recipes to fit nutritional requirements. 3. Organising & managing recipe sheets for the daily changing menu. 4. Adhering to the macronutrient structure of the food & recipes. 5. Adhering to Food costing parameters of the recipes.
