Job description Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities • Post billing, sales, purchases, and bank updates in Tally while maintaining proper daily account updates • File e-returns for GST, TDS, Advance Tax, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Income Tax • Manage Tax Audit, ESI, PF, GST Portal, and e-Invoicing processes • Prepare monthly statements of actual profits • Handle cash transactions, prepare cash vouchers, and maintain document files • Prepare employee salary sheets, including overtime calculations • Conduct monthly stock audits and generate reports • Update online payment reminders and monitor debtors and creditors aging • Manage billing, sales, and purchases, verifying product rate lists, VRL codes, and sales orders • Create and verify monthly stock audit reports • Verify and sign sales bills for accuracy • Update daily cash flow reports and interact with senior management for financial reporting • Handle import and export documentation and update customs data to banks • Manage banking documentation and credit facilities • Utilize MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint efficiently for reporting and documentation Requirements • Must have worked for a minimum 5-7 years in any manufacturing unit • Age group 27 to 32 yrs • Preferably from Rohini, Jahangir Puri, Azadpur, Pitampura About Company: We are a manufacturer of ECG papers used in the ECG machine. BRISTOL INDIA was started in the year 1972 by two brothers; one was a technocrat and the other an able administrator. Both started with ink-writing papers used by powerhouses, fertilizer plants, and steel plants in their central control panels. Later on, we realized that the time has come to enter a field where thermal paper has been used since the ink-writing era was phasing out. Therefore, we imported a French plant in the year 1984 to start manufacturing TMT papers, or as you call it, ECG papers on thermal base paper. This is to introduce ourselves as a pioneer and one of the largest manufacturers of more than 400 varieties of TMT, ECG, CTG, etc. in India.
