About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments 2. Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes 3. Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies 4. Assist in month-end closing for AP activities 5. Assist in vouching expenses and preparing spent reports related to A&P expenses and their liquidations 6. Generate customer invoices and ensure timely collection of payments 7. Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments 9. Record daily transactions, including journal entries and bank reconciliations 10. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports 11. Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting policies 12. Assist in preparing reports related to income, expenses, and cash flow 13. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making 14.
