Finance Executive

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle sales and purchasing billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. 2. Maintain and manage financial databases for sales and purchase records. 3. Assist in filing and organizing financial documents, both physically and digitally. 4. Support in the preparation and submission of returns (GST, TDS, etc.). 5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper documentation and records for all transactions. 6. Communicate with vendors and clients to address billing queries and discrepancies. 7. Utilize Tally software for financial data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accounts. 8. Assist in financial reconciliation and reporting processes. 9. Perform general administrative tasks related to finance operations. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
