About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Work on undertaking the legal compliances, due diligence, accounting, taxation & preparing company-wide systems, processes for HR, payrolls, etc. 2. Manage daily finances, auditing, and preparation of accounts balance sheets 3. Manage compliances, certifications, & filing of taxes, GST 4. Work on preparation of company's financial roadmap, tracking the expenses & allotting budgets 5. Work on timely and accurate billing to clients 6. Ensure payments are received and recorded on time 7. Handle bank reconciliations 8.
