Finance (CA Inter) - Specializing In GST, TDS, Invoicing, Accounting, PF And ESI

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: a. GST and TDS Compliance: 1. Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns 2. Support in the reconciliation of GST input and output tax credits 3. Assist in TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns. b. Invoicing and Billing: 1. Assist in the generation and issuance of invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner 2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval for invoicing 3. Support billing activities and address client inquiries related to invoices c. Balance Sheet Preparation: 1. Gain exposure to the preparation and analysis of balance sheets under the guidance of senior team members 2. Assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts and identifying discrepancies 3. Learn about financial statement preparation and reporting processes d. Salary Processing: 1. Support the finance team in processing employee salaries and reimbursements 2. Assist in payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements 3. Learn about payroll software systems and processes used in salary processing. e. Documentation and Record-Keeping: 1. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation 2. Organize and archive financial documents according to company policies and regulatory requirements 3.
