MiCoB Private Limited is seeking a finance and accounting intern who is well-versed in accounting principles, financial modeling, financial literacy, Tally, and MS-Excel. As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting while working alongside a team of experienced professionals. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes. 2. Prepare and maintain financial records and statements in compliance with company policies and regulations. 3. Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning initiatives. 4. Assist in budgeting and variance analysis to track and improve financial performance. 5. Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting software, such as Tally and MS-Excel. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency. 7. Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall finance and accounting function.
