About the internship Karostartup is a funded company focused on empowering entrepreneurs and contributing to the growth of the startup ecosystem. We share insightful stories from founders and industry leaders through podcasts, featuring unicorn companies and innovative startups. As a field storyteller intern, you'll connect with dynamic startups, conduct interviews, and capture their journeys to inspire others. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Proactively identify and connect with promising startups in your region 2. Conduct interviews with founders to uncover their vision, challenges, and entrepreneurial journey 3. Effectively record 10-minute videos that highlight the essence of each business while ensuring compelling storytelling 4. Visit startup locations and actively engage directly with the founders to understand their business Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 24th Jan'25 and 28th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply. KaroStartup was initiated way back in 2019 with a goal to build a community of startups across India. As we grow together in this dynamic world full of challenges and opportunities, Karo-Startup will provide a platform of mentorship and education to new entrepreneurs to establish themselves. With an amazing team of IIT- Delhi alumni, we began our journey by establishing a community on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook along with people from tier 2 and tier 3 cities binding all the small startups and businesses which can help us to build the shape of startup culture in India. After spending years in this ecosystem, we understood the challenges people face due to lack of knowledge and no mentorship at the individual level which result in most of the startups derailing from the path of success and ultimately ending up in failure.
