Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:  Develop and implement export sales strategies in line with overall company objectives.  Identify potential new markets and business opportunities to expand the company’s global footprint.  Set sales targets for international markets and ensure the team meets these goals.  Develop pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies tailored to each market.  Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitors in various international markets.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, and key accounts.  Act as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries and issues.  Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with overseas partners, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.  Coordinate with the supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.  Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including labeling, packaging, and safety standards.  Oversee the preparation of necessary export documentation, such as invoices, and shipping documents.
