Executive Associate

About the internship The executive associate intern will act as the right hand to the CEO, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support. This role is pivotal in managing high-priority initiatives, driving efficiency across teams, and enabling the CEO to focus on organizational growth and vision. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments 2. Draft, review, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO 3. Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders 4. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making 5. Support the planning and execution of strategic projects 6. Monitor and track the progress of key initiatives 7. Oversee cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery 8. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required 9. Streamline workflows and processes to enhance organizational efficiency 10. Maintain comprehensive documentation of decisions and business activities 11. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion 12. Safeguard confidential data and maintain trust across all interactions 13. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams 14.
