About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling the registration process for new models through WhatsApp, emails, phone calls, and social media platforms 2. Ensuring all required documents and information are collected and verified during the registration process 3. Maintaining an organized database of all registered models with up-to-date information 4. Approaching and securing partnerships 5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of models 6. Regularly updating social media pages with information about the registration process, upcoming events, and other relevant content 7. Creating engaging posts to attract potential models and keep the current audience informed 8. Monitoring social media channels for questions and comments related to model registration and responding accordingly 9. Identifying areas for improvement in the registration process and suggesting enhancements to streamline operations 10. Staying updated on industry best practices and implementing changes as necessary 11. Generating regular reports on the status of model registrations and providing updates to the management team 12. Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns related to model registration 13. Responding promptly to inquiries from potential models and providing detailed information about the registration process 14. Maintaining clear and professional communication with models throughout the registration and onboarding process Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 2nd Dec'24 and 6th Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Qnox Advertising is an event company.
