Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget, and provide creative event solutions tailored to their needs 2. Efficiently manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and event logistics 3. Oversee event execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues that may arise 4. Utilize social media platforms and marketing techniques to promote events and attract target audiences 5. Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service 6. Effectively manage event budgets, including negotiation and cost analysis, to optimize resources and achieve financial targets 7.
