About the internship This role offers an end-to-end project management experience through Marico Innovation Foundation's flagship program - Innovation for India Awards. Launched in 2006, the biennial Innovation for India Awards is the first Indian platform to recognize and celebrate the pioneering work of "currently hidden, potentially game-changing" Indian innovations. The Awards program has a unique and robust evaluation process spanning over 8 months to handpick the most disruptive and promising innovations as the winners. This includes 2 rounds of deliberations by an independent jury for each category and a thorough on-ground due diligence conducted by an independent knowledge partner. The grand finale of the Awards is a curated experience with an audience of over 1000 distinguished people. The highlight of the evening is the extraordinary stories of innovation, perseverance, and change that are presented by the winners. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage end-to-end the on-ground large-scale flagship event, Innovation for India Awards 2. Coordinate with event agency partner for logistics and event execution 3. Manage invitation and database of high-stake guests, conduct outreach, send invitations, track RSVPs, and follow up on confirmations for attendance at the event 4. Work closely with the RSVP Lead for the seating plan and layout 5. Compile, analyze, and present regular updates for all phases of the event to the program lead and head of the foundation Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 14th Jan'25 and 18th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 4 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Marico Innovation Foundation (MIF), founded in 2003 is a Not-For-Profit arm of Marico Limited.
