About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the overall planning and organization of the W.E.-Global Employees' Choice Awards 2024. 2. Coordinate with various teams to facilitate client participation and ensure a seamless event experience. 3. Support the management of award categories, nominations, and selection processes & post event formalities. 4. Collaborate with vendors & suppliers for event logistics, including venue, catering, audio, and visual setup. 5. Help in the coordination of event promotion and marketing activities. 6. Assist in managing event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communication.
