Event Coordinator

About the internship Venuepool facilitates complete events, medium and large size. We help customers to find venues and offer turnkey entertainment packages for their events. Venuepool covers wide range of events like social gatherings, birthdays, weddings, corporate events and many more. We are looking for energetic event coordinators to join with us. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create visually appealing designs for brochures, leaflets, and prospectuses to communicate university programs effectively. 2. Design engaging social media reels, posters, and other promotional materials to promote the university. 3. Understand branding principles to ensure consistent visual representation. 4. Stay updated on design trends to produce relevant and modern visuals. 5. Deliver high-quality designs that resonate with the university's target audience. There will be extensive training provided for booking events with a lot of exposure in execution and dealing with vendors. Girl candidates who have flair for events will be preferred. Work hours can be flexible. We welcome all age groups to apply.
