About the internship As an event administrator intern at Srestham Educational Trust, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the exciting world of event management. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our events. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in planning, mentoring, and organizing various events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences 2. Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, catering, and equipment rentals 3. Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution 4. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness 5. Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels 6. Handle attendee registration, inquiries, and feedback before, during, and after events 7.
