About the internship AI Content Evaluation Analyst (English Expert) Job Overview: We are looking for an AI Content Evaluation Analyst with a strong background in linguistics or psychology and a nuanced understanding of English language structure. This role will focus on evaluating AI-generated content, working with synthetic data, and maintaining distribution in AI evaluation pipelines, with a particular emphasis on diverse speaking patterns and linguistic structures. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Analyze and evaluate AI-generated data across multiple accents and speaking styles. 2. Evaluate texts as well as AI Generated judgements on different grammar (and other spoken english metrics) nuances + errors. 3. Develop and maintain comprehensive test sets tailored for various ESL use cases and global linguistic variations. 4. Work closely with the AI team to create and refine evaluation and annotation pipelines. 5. Study and document diverse speaking patterns, accents, and linguistic structures from our global user base. 6. Generate detailed AI evaluation reports to provide insights for improving language models and persona setups. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in English Language, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Strong analytical and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. 3. Excellent understanding of English language structure at the linguistic level. You should be having a solid understanding of correct grammar structure & ability to provide feedback on vocab, fluency etc. 4. Ability to make logical decisions when presented with ambiguous information..
