About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Design and develop e-learning courses using various multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience. 2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather course content and ensure accuracy. 3. Incorporate gamification and interactive elements to increase learner engagement. 4. Utilize learning management systems to deliver and track course progress. 5. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure courses meet company standards. 6. Stay updated on current e-learning trends and technologies to enhance course offerings. 7. Assist in implementing feedback from learners to continuously improve course content.
