About the internship As an E-commerce Operations intern at Martini Spaces, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing the day-to-day operations of our online store. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient processes that contribute to our overall success. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the management of inventory and product listings on the e-commerce platform 2. Utilize MS-Excel and Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports on sales and performance metrics 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and drive traffic to the website 4. Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner 5. Monitor and track order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery 6. Identify areas for improvement in operations and propose solutions for increased efficiency 7. Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce and a strong proficiency in MS-Excel, we would love to have you on our team!
