E-commerce Back Office Executive

About the job We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented e-commerce back office executive to support the smooth operation of our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day back-office tasks related to order processing, inventory management, customer support, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth customer experience. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Key responsibilities: I. Order processing and management: 1. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely execution. 2. Monitor and track orders from placement to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery to customers. 3. Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies. II. Inventory management: 1. Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels. 2. Update product availability and stock status on the e-commerce platform. 3. Coordinate with the purchasing department for stock replenishment when needed. III. Product listing and update management: 1. Assist in uploading and managing product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all product information (descriptions, pricing, images) is accurate and up to date. 2. Ensure product categories, tags, and filters are applied properly for a better user experience.
