About the internship We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Category Manager Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in managing product categories, uploading new products, performing market analysis, and ensuring smooth operation of the e-commerce platform.' Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Product Uploading: Manage and upload new products on the e-commerce platform, including descriptions, pricing, and images. 2. Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. 3. Inventory Management: Assist in tracking product inventory, ensuring availability of products, and managing stock levels across platforms. 4. Website Management: Help in maintaining the website by updating product listings, categories, and ensuring all product information is accurate. 5. Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product visibility during promotions, discounts, or seasonal sales. 6. Customer Queries & Support: Support the team by responding to customer queries regarding products, categories, and inventory. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Education: Pursuing or completing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 2. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics. 3. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
