About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. 2. Develop and execute effective PR campaigns and strategies. 3. Reach out to potential clients, offering tailored press release packages. 4. Manage and post regularly on social media platforms. 5. Make calls to both new and existing clients to strengthen relationships. 6. Monitor audience engagement and interactions to enhance online presence. 7. Track chat support performance and gather user feedback for improvement. 8. Design and implement impactful marketing campaigns. 9. Create compelling, informative content for promotions, social media, and website updates. 10. Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Interns will get the opportunity to learn ad campaigns, communication, social media management and posting, as well as general management skills.
