About the internship Job Description and Responsibilities: Management and posting on Social Media platforms Curating content and concepts for social media posts Understanding behaviours and characteristics of potential customers Preparing and reporting on the activity done on the various platforms Strong verbal and written communication skills to call, email, and meet with clients. Assisting on the curation of Post Line-Ups, Reports, Content Buckets & Content Calendars. Assisting or prepping the documentation required for reporting or presentations to clients. Producing and posting of a consistent brand message across all the social media channels. Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages. Coordinating with the design team to execute any visual elements required for the clients. Responding to any mentions over social media platforms (ORM).
