About the internship Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Posting: - Manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely, engaging posts that align with trending topics and FC's mission. - Model for social media content that reflects FC's inclusive values and resonates with both current and potential users. 2. User Engagement & Community Insights: - Engage actively with users by responding to comments, messages, and creating content that showcases the true essence of FC. - Immerse yourself in the FCverse, app, and website to capture real-time community moments that reflect FC's vision of a world where everyone is equally respected irrespective of their gender or sexuality. 3. Trend Monitoring & Strategy Adaptation: - Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting your content and strategy to enhance engagement and potential virality. 4. Platform Awareness & Integration: - Connect with users across FC's platforms, capturing moments that could go viral while demonstrating the value of the platform through natural interactions. - Use insights gathered from real-time user experiences to craft strategies and content that resonate with both existing and potential users. Social Impact: In this role, you'll create content that showcases FC's value inside the safeguarded space for queer and ally folx, helping attract new users while maintaining a sense of belonging for existing ones. Your work will ensure more people find this safe space and live much better lives.
