As a Digital Growth & Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing leads, executing campaigns, and contributing to data-driven decision-making for our business growth. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond to incoming leads immediately, conduct initial conversations, and send out proposals. 2. Manage and execute digital campaigns, tracking performance and ensuring optimization. 3. Provide detailed feedback and update lead statuses on our CRM to enhance lead quality. 4. Collaborate with the team to allocate leads effectively and streamline operations. 5. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
