About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in designing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines for software applications. 2. Support the configuration and management of Azure resources and deployments. 3. Work with the team to implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. 4. Learn and contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible. 5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in implementing solutions. 6. Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve build, test, and release workflows. 8. Stay curious and updated about DevOps trends and tools, applying new learnings to tasks. Requirements: - Basic understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core components (e.g., pods, nodes, services). - Familiarity with DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD concepts and automation principles. - Hands-on experience with Git for version control. - Proficiency in Linux operating systems and command-line usage. - Basic knowledge of server setup and configuration. - Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. - Mandatory: Azure Certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate [AZ-104]). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: -Advanced Azure certifications, such as Azure Solution Architect Expert. -Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. -Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash. -Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a professional setting.
