Job Overview The Design Technician position at Illusion Dental Laboratory is an entry-level, full-time role based in Mumbai, ideal for freshers. Candidates will engage in designing and modeling dental products, contributing to our mission of providing meticulous dental restorations. Job Description:- Digital Modeling: Utilize advanced CAD software to create precise digital models of patients' teeth based on scans and impressions. Collaborate with orthodontists to understand treatment plans and incorporate specific adjustments into digital designs. Treatment Planning: Analyze patient records, including x-rays and impressions, to develop comprehensive treatment plans in alignment with orthodontic principles. Ensure that treatment plans address specific patient needs and adhere to established guidelines. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on digital models and aligner designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including orthodontists, engineers, and production specialists, to communicate design requirements and ensure seamless integration into the production process. Provide timely updates on project progress and address any design-related challenges that may arise. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in aligner technology.
