Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of student information, attendance records, and parent/guardian contact details. 2. Update and organize data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office to ensure accuracy and accessibility. 3. Assist in creating reports and analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization. 4. Collaborate with team members to identify database needs and implement solutions for improved efficiency. 5. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations. 6. Provide training and support to staff members on database management best practices. 7. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Database Manager.
