About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or calls, resolving issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide clear communication to customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries. 3. Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills, working independently in the absence of team members. 4. Prepare daily task sheets, tracking team progress and performance. 5. Mentor and assist customer support interns, clarifying doubts and fostering growth. 6. Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Utilize Excel skills to maintain records.
