Job Description
Objectives of this role: • Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound calling. • Remember scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while telecalling. • Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods. • Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients. • Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling. • Report the analysis and observation to the team lead. • Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while telecalling. • Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients. • Improve organizational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller. • Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements. • Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers. • Focus to achieve weekly and monthly based targets. Responsibilities: • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. • Communicating with customers through various channels. • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
