About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Make outbound calls to customers who have abandoned their shopping carts 2.Understand customer concerns and resolve issues to encourage cart recovery 3.Provide product information and support to customers 4.Meet or exceed cart recovery targets 5.Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and improve customer experience Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 28th Oct'24 and 2nd Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
