About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. 3. Provide detailed product or service information and troubleshoot issues. 4. Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. 5. Strive to exceed customer satisfaction and quality expectations. 6. Support the development and implementation of operational procedures. 7. Participate in meetings and provide input on customer success strategies and initiatives. Note: If you impress us in the internship, we might just offer you a full-time gig with a sweet salary.
