About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Dedicate 3-5 hours a day to feedback roles. 2. Conduct personalized outreach to paid users. 3. Manage feedback collection processes. 4. Update and maintain forms. 5. Organize and store feedback effectively. 6. Review execution systems for coaches. 7. Create and distribute content. 8. Plan and execute customer success activities. 9. Follow up regularly and provide assistance in-app and during sessions. 10. Develop strategies for customer retention and work on upselling. 11. Maintain a strong educational background related to marketing. 12. Ensure reliable internet and laptop availability for remote work. 13. Communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
