About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in identifying skill gaps and supporting program development. 2. Help research and create content for customer success courses. 3. Proofread and edit course materials like PPTs, case studies, and MCQs. 4. Support classroom activities and assist learners with course-related queries. 5. Encourage learner participation and engage with them during classes. 6. Help evaluate learner performance through quizzes and projects. 7. Participate in community forums and gather feedback from learners. 8. Assist in tracking learner satisfaction and support NPS efforts.
