About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Owning the overall relationship with clients, managing onboarding, implementation, training, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Establishing a trusted advisory relationship to drive continued value from our product. 3. Maintaining and developing customer success strategies and best practices, along with customer support content, in collaboration with the creative team. 4. Communicating effectively with internal and external senior management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share insights. 5. Maintaining existing customer success metrics and data for ongoing evaluation. 6. Serving as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them. 7. Reviewing the customer journey to identify support needs and taking a consultative approach to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. 8. Facilitating interaction and workflow among project team members to ensure timely deliverables. 9. Collaborating, problem-solving, and strategizing for upcoming client meetings with team members. 10. Working with the sales and marketing team to develop case studies that showcase client success.
