About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with the onboarding process of new customers by setting up accounts and providing necessary information 2. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement 3. Working closely with the customer success team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention 4. Conducting product training sessions for customers to ensure they are utilizing the product to its fullest potential 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer needs are being met 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system 7.
