Job Description

About the internship The customer success intern will be to drive product adoption, user onboarding & engagement and provide appropriate and timely customer feedback to relevant internal stakeholders. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Building customer trust by understanding their requirements and addressing them by collaborating with internal stakeholders. 2. Driving product adoption and usage throughout the customer/user lifecycle. 3. Performing regular checks with end users and regionally located library offices to monitor product usage, identify engagement gaps, and collaborate with the Library and MyLOFT Team to resolve them. 4. Assisting proactively in resolving customer and end-user queries raised with the support team through timely follow-ups. 5. Identifying the need for and planning training programs or product collaterals to educate end users on product features. 6. Representing the voice of the customer and providing feedback to sales, support, and product teams. 7. Identifying opportunities for end-user interaction to collect direct feedback on product features.
