About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular visits and interactions. 2. Identify opportunities to increase customers Transaction by understanding their needs and suggesting tailored solutions. 3. Educate customers about offers, target schemes and Jumbotail policies. 4. Address customer concerns and coordinate with teams to ensure quick issue resolution and smooth order fulfillment. 5. Gather and share data about pricing trends, product movement, competitive pricing, and product bundling with the business team. Sellers (traders, manufacturers, and brands) can list their food, grocery, and FMCG products. The Jumbotail marketplace is accessible to customers through a mobile app available in 4 languages - Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, and English. Jumbotail provides full-stack services including storefront delivery and payment collection for its sellers, as well as working capital credit from third-party credit providers to its customers using rich transactional data and proprietary algorithms.
