About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Implementing software according to client's requirements. 2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. 3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. 6. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary. 7. Excel in data entry tasks with precision and accuracy 8. Curious to learn & teach the learning. Requirements: 1. Any graduate. 2. Freshers or individuals with 6 months of experience. 3. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken).
