Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to technical queries (Support Tickets) related to the 2Factor's API Platform
2. Checking Database (MYSQL) & Server Logs (Unix) to troubleshoot SMS delivery issues
3. Using API Testing tools (such as Postman) to Run/ Test API Endpoints to reproduce error scenarios as reported by clients
4. Get on a call with clients to assist them in integrating 2Factor's API Endpoints into third-party applications (CRM, Marketing tools, etc.)
