About the internship Handle Client Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DIYOS Fame ERP, HRMS, CRM, and Attendance software, demonstrating expertise in software functionality and problem-solving. Training and Guidance: Provide comprehensive training and guidance to clients on the effective utilization of our software solutions, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of the software. Escalation of Complex Issues: Document and escalate complex technical issues to senior support personnel, providing detailed information and analysis for efficient resolution. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues, including troubleshooting steps taken and resolutions provided, ensuring thorough documentation for future reference. On-Site Support: Offer on-site support to clients when necessary, providing hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively. Confirmation of Issue Resolution: Follow up with clients to confirm successful resolution of their issues, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any additional concerns they may have. Ticket Closure: Close tickets by End of Day (EOD), ensuring all client issues are resolved in a timely manner and maintaining an organized workflow.
