About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Attend incoming calls from guests and potential customers 2. Address inquiries regarding room availability, bookings, and amenities 3. Provide detailed information about services, promotions, and resort policies 4. Assist guests with specific requests or concerns during their stay 5. Forward unresolved issues or complaints to the relevant department 6. Take reservations over the phone, ensuring accuracy in guest details 7. Update the system with new bookings or modifications 8. Make courtesy calls for pre-arrival confirmations and post-stay feedback 9. Notify guests about any changes or updates related to their booking Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English 2. Ability to handle multiple calls professionally and efficiently 3.
