Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product questions. 3. Resolve issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Track and document interactions, escalating complex cases when necessary. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product information, policies, and promotions. 6. Gather and report customer feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
