Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize MS-PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 5. Identify and escalate any customer issues or trends to the appropriate teams for resolution. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
