About the internship
Day-to-day responsibilities include
1. Handling customer care
2. Replying to emails and chat
3. Handling inbound and outbound calls when required
Requirement:-
1) Fluency in English and Hindi - other regional languages optional.
2) Good Comprehension skills - should be able to understand a Customer & emotions on calls/emails/ chats.
3) Good grasping power - should be a quick learner and pick up on process information effortlessly.
4) Should be well versed with the basics of e-commerce.
